The foundational journey: a full-year program that builds the young person’s psychological, social, and intellectual identity and raises their confidence and self-esteem, through life-skills workshops based on interactive learning and learning through play.
② STEADY
Develop
Once the young person finds their passion and talent, we develop it and turn it into a genuine space to excel, enrolling them in specialized academies and training centers until they can compete and raise their country’s name — even gaining a skill they can teach or coach professionally for a fee.
③ GO
Launch
The opportunity comes full circle and the young person launches into real life: we move them from theoretical empowerment to actual independence, becoming a balanced individual able to lift up themselves, their family, and their community.
